* Begleitung des gesamten Employee Life Cycles von der Personalgewinnung über das Onboarding bis zum Offboarding

* Eigenständige Beratung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen

* Ansprechpartner bei Fragen betreffend Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Überwachung der Einhaltung bestehender Betriebsvereinbarungen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

* Kontaktpflege zu Behörden und Ämtern (AMS, AUVA, Arbeitsinspektorat etc.)

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben eine positive Grundeinstellung und stehen mit beiden Beinen fest im Leben

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet ihre Basis

* Sie haben Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit

* Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Diskretion, Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus

Laut österreichischem Gesetz sind wir verpflichtet das Mindestgehalt in Stellenausschreibungen anzugeben.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt bei Erfüllung der Anforderungen nach dem Kollektivvertrag der metalltechnischen Industrie mindestens 53.241,02 € brutto pro Jahr bezogen auf Vollzeit und 14 Bezüge.

Selbstverständlich sind wir bereit, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, diesen Wert zu überzahlen und legen den tatsächlichen Lohn und die Einstufung in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch fest.
