Wat je bij ons gaat doen?

  • Payroll & personeelsadministratie Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte voorbereiding en opvolging van de payroll. Beheer van personeelsadministratie en sociale documenten. Opmaak en opvolging van arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere HR-documenten. Opvolging van tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden en verlof.
  • Sociale wetgeving Sociale wetgeving correct toepassen en opvolgen. Wetgevende wijzigingen opvolgen en vertalen naar de organisatie. Advies geven aan leidinggevenden en medewerkers over sociaalrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • HR Business Partner Eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze arbeiders, bedienden en leidinggevenden. Ondersteunen van HR-processen over de volledige employee journey. Nauw samenwerken met je HR-collega en fungeren als back-up. Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen HR.
  • Is in het bezit van een bacheloropleiding in een HR-gerelateerde richting of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Heeft ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving en volgt wijzigingen hierin graag op.
  • Schrikt niet terug voor het werken met verschillende paritaire comités.
  • Gaat op een professionele en discrete manier om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk een vertrouwensband op met medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Is een echte teamspeler die graag kennis deelt en samenwerkt.
