Het profiel: - Master / Bachelor degree, Business/HRM/Economics/Law/Science of hiermee vergelijkbaar; - ca. 4+ jaar relevante werkervaring in professionele, (dynamische) profit, bijv. zakelijke dienstverlening/fmcg/IT/consultancy omgeving; - momenteel actief op Junior/medior level in HR business partnering en change (ca. 2 a 3de carrièrestap); - in staat te 'multi tasken', 'highly organized with smart proven HRM skills'; - excellente combinatie van 'can do' attitude en tactisch/strategische visie, vindt operatie ook leuk, uitstekende communicatieve en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden op alle niveaus in- en extern de organisatie; - uitstekende beheersing Nederlandse taal, goede beheersing Engelse taal; - smart probleem oplossend vermogen, sterke klant en business focus, - sterk gevoel voor efficiency and managen deadlines; - self-starter, team player, dynamisch, lekker zichzelf, ambitieus; -...
