Ihre Aufgaben

* Ganzheitlich betreuen Sie definierte Unternehmensbereiche in sämtlichen personalwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle.

* Als kompetente Ansprechperson beraten Sie Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen, organisatorischen und strategischen HR-Themen und unterstützen sie bei personalrelevanten Entscheidungen.

* Eigenverantwortlich setzen Sie personelle Maßnahmen um und stellen effiziente sowie qualitativ hochwertige HR-Prozesse sicher.

* Anhand von HR-Kennzahlen analysieren Sie Entwicklungen und leiten konkrete Handlungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung von Personal- und Organisationsthemen ab.

* Aktiv gestalten Sie HR-Prozesse weiter, bringen eigene Ideen ein und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse in Ihrem Betreuungsbereich.

* Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren HR-Experten zusammen und fördern den bereichsübergreifenden Austausch innerhalb der HR-Organisation.

Ihr Profil

* Ihre Ausbildung haben Sie mit einem Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse entlang der HR-Kernprozesse sowie im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht ermöglichen Ihnen eine professionelle und lösungsorientierte Beratung.

* Sie überzeugen durch eine hohe Umsetzungsstärke, ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

* Unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner und Führungsebenen begegnen Sie mit ausgezeichneter Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz.

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, geistige Flexibilität und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
