Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een HR Businesspartner die als sparringpartner van het managementteam een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de ontwikkeling van onze mensen en organisatie. DIT GA JE DOEN Als HR Businesspartner voor een vestiging van Holland Casino heb je een brede impact op de organisatie. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de casinomanager en het managementteam op de vestiging, adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie en haar medewerkers. Dankzij de afwisseling in thema's - van talentontwikkeling en verzuim tot organisatieverandering en leiderschap - is geen dag hetzelfde en krijg je volop de ruimte om jouw HR-expertise in te zetten en zichtbaar het verschil te maken. Je opereert zelfstandig binnen jouw vestiging(en), maar maakt tegelijkertijd deel uit van een landelijk team van HR Businesspartners. Samen wissel je kennis, ervaringen en best practices uit. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de HR-specialisten op het hoofdkantoor, zoals HR Services, Learning & Development en Recruitment. Waar het hoofdkantoor verantwoordelijk is voor het ontwikkelen van HR-beleid en HR-instrumenten, lever jij vanuit de praktijk waardevolle input aan.
