Klaar voor een HR-rol waarin je écht impact maakt op medewerkers, leidinggevenden én d Wat ga je doen? Als HR Businesspartner combineer je advisering, coaching en ontwikkeling. Je bent de vaste sparringpartner van leidinggevenden binnen jouw aandachtsgebied en ondersteunt hen bij uiteenlopende personele vraagstukken. Je weet wat er leeft binnen de organisatie doordat je regelmatig aanwezig bent op de werkvloer. Je adviseert managers over onderwerpen als arbeidsrecht, verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en talentontwikkeling en helpt medewerkers en teams verder in hun ontwikkeling. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen door te voeren en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken en uitdagingen binnen hun teams. - Meedenken over verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. - Adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen teams en deze vertalen naar passende HR-oplossingen. - Ondersteunen bij leiderschapsontwikkeling, talentontwikkeling en organisatieveranderingen. - Analyseren van bestaande HR-processen en initiëren van verbeteringen. - Werken aan HR-doelstellingen én bijdragen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in Eindhoven en maakt onderdeel uit van een betrokken HR-team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een sterke verbinding tussen medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de organisatie.
