Jobomschrijving

Een goede HR-consultant vult geen vacatures in, die bouwt duurzame relaties uit, begrijpt de noden van klanten én kandidaten en maakt matches die op lange termijn het verschil maken.

Bij Let's Work zijn we niet zomaar een HR-partner voor onze klanten. We bouwen aan duurzame samenwerkingen en strategische personeelsoplossingen. Daarom zoeken we een HR-consultant met een sterke focus op customer experience.

In deze rol werk je voor zowel onze vaste klanten als prospecten. Je bent een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor klanten, denkt proactief mee over hun personeelsuitdagingen en vertaalt die naar de juiste rekruterings- en HR-aanpak.

Jouw rol als HR-consultant

  • Talentexpert Je weet waar je talent vindt en hoe je het overtuigt. Je voert diepgaande gesprekken met kandidaten, beoordeelt hun competenties en ambities en begeleidt hen gedurende het volledige traject. Dankzij jouw expertise maak je duurzame matches die werken voor zowel kandidaat als klant.
  • Business partner Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met klanten en begrijpt hun organisatie, cultuur en personeelsbehoeften. Je denkt mee, adviseert en durft kritisch te challengen wanneer nodig.
  • Advisor Je begeleidt uitzendkrachten tijdens hun opstart en tewerkstelling en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor zowel kandidaten als klanten.
  • HR-administrator Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van contracten, opstartdocumenten en medische onderzoeken. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid loopt alles administratief op wieltjes.
  • Planner & coördinator Je houdt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers tegelijk en werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega's om een efficiënte personeelsplanning te realiseren.

Je hebt ervaring binnen HR, rekrutering of een commerciële dienstverlening en weet wat nodig is om te functioneren in een omgeving waar snelheid, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid samenkomen.

  • Je beschikt over sterke interview- en adviesvaardigheden.
  • Je bouwt vlot vertrouwen op en ontwikkelt duurzame relaties met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je neemt ownership over je dossiers en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan kandidaten ook in het Frans professioneel verder helpen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een rijbewijs.
