Daar zijn onze klanten zich steeds meer bewust van. Als Employee Experience & HR Consultant weet jij hoe belangrijk het is om te investeren in talent, sterke leiders en een verfrissende HR-strategie. Je helpt organisaties om te veranderen én innoveren over de gehele medewerkersreis. Denk aan het ontwerpen van een onboarding, of een programma ontwikkelen rondom cultuurverandering. De ene keer sluit je als consultant voor langere tijd aan bij het HR-team van de klant. Jij bent de buitenboordmotor van de verandering, doordat je energie én expertise brengt. Een andere keer ga je juist aan de slag als projectleider en leid je één of meerdere projecten van A tot Z. Je wordt enthousiast van het doorgronden van de behoeften van medewerkers en het bedenken van passende strategieën of concrete oplossingen om de medewerkersbeleving te verbeteren. Doordat jij op de hoogte bent van de laatste trends, weet jij onze klanten op een verrassende manier met deze uitdagingen verder te helpen. Je beperkt je niet tot het bedenken van ideeën maar ondersteunt de klant ook bij de implementatie. "Wat dit traject zo bijzonder maakte, is dat we echt vanaf de basis zijn begonnen: welke competenties bepalen succes in dit traineeship, los van diploma's of cv's?
