Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een optimale personeelsplanning, een correcte HR-administratie en het onderhouden van contact met medewerkers en stakeholders. Je werkt voor aansprekende organisaties zoals GVB, Provincie Noord-Holland, ROC's, NRC Mediahuis en de Gemeente Den Haag. Samen met een betrokken team van zeven collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Dankzij jouw overzicht, structuur en communicatieve vaardigheden weet jij snel te schakelen wanneer planningen wijzigen of er operationele vraagstukken ontstaan. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ben je bezig met het organiseren van de personeelsbezetting voor de komende weken, de andere dag ondersteun je medewerkers bij vragen over hun contract of stem je met opdrachtgevers af over de inzet van personeel. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Amsterdam en bent één dag per week aanwezig in Den Haag (bij voorkeur op woensdag). Hierdoor blijf je nauw betrokken bij zowel je collega's als je opdrachtgevers. Jouw werkzaamheden als HR-consultant: - Opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van personeels- en werkplanningen. - Bewaken van een optimale bezetting bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. - Schakelen met managers, stakeholders en medewerkers over de planning en inzetbaarheid. - Verwerken van contracten, mutaties en overige HR-gerelateerde administratie. - Signaleren van knelpunten in de planning en hier proactief oplossingen voor aandragen. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers tijdens hun inzet. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor...
