  • je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en spot nieuwe commerciële kansen
  • je volgt kandidaten en klanten van A tot Z op
  • Goed nieuws? Dat “YES-telefoontje” is binnen! Jij regelt alle administratie voor een vlotte opstart.
  • je verlengt contracten, vervolledigt sociale documenten en volgt evaluaties op
  • je blijft mee met sociale wetgeving en beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen
  • je houdt KPI's en resultaten in het oog en viert successen samen met je team

Wie ben jij? ‎

  • je hebt een diploma op bachelorniveau (bij voorkeur in hr of gerelateerd), of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
  • je hebt ervaring in werving en selectie, bij voorkeur binnen de office-profielen.
  • je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Kennis van Engels is een plus.
  • je hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en weet het vertrouwen van klanten en kandidaten te winnen.
  • je hebt een proactieve houding en gaat actief op de markt op zoek naar nieuwe vacatures en kansen.
  • je werkt graag autonoom, maar hebt ook een teamgerichte werkstijl.
  • je hebt een passie voor hr en werving, en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
