* Langfristige Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung: Sie sind der analytische Kopf hinter der Personalplanung und entwickeln präzise Personalkostenbudgets, die die Unternehmensziele aktiv unterstützen.

* Analysieren & Prognostizieren: Sie behalten die FTEs und Kosten stets im Blick. Durch treffsichere Ad-hoc-Analysen, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und die Etablierung rollierender Forecasts machen Sie Trends sichtbar.

* Strategische Beratung: Mit Ihren Szenarien und Simulationen bereiten Sie strategische HR-Entscheidungen optimal vor. Sie bauen smarte Dashboards und Reports, um HR-Kennzahlen transparent und greifbar zu machen.

* Digitale HR-Exzellenz: Sie haben ein wachsames Auge auf die Datenqualität und treiben als Innovationsmotor die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der HR-Prozesse aktiv voran.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom oder Bachelor/Fachmatura mit passender Spezialisierung) in Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften.

* Relevante Berufserfahrung im HR-Controlling oder in der People Analytics

* Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP HCM und MS Excel.

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2).

* Hohe IT-Affinität, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägten Teamgeist.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
