Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een HR Generalist die de dagelijkse HR-werking mee beheert en onder begeleiding van de Group HR Manager bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen Solora. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling.

Als HR Generalist ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse HR-vragen en bent betrokken bij de belangrijkste momenten in de employee lifecycle, van aanwerving en onboarding tot ontwikkeling en uitdiensttreding.

Je combineert dagelijkse HR-verantwoordelijkheden met verbeterinitiatieven en HR-projecten. Binnen duidelijke prioriteiten krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, voorstellen te doen en je verder te ontwikkelen in een brede HR-functie.

Jouw taken

  • Beheer van personeelsadministratie, contracten, afwezigheden en onboarding/offboarding.
  • Ondersteuning van payroll en opvolging van HR-documentatie.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Coördinatie van rekrutering en selectie van operationele en ondersteunende profielen.
  • Ondersteuning van opleidingen, evaluaties en ontwikkelingsinitiatieven.
  • Meewerken aan HR-projecten rond welzijn, employee experience, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Ondersteuning van de Group HR Manager bij HR-beleid, rapportering en diverse HR-projecten.

Deze functie biedt een mooie combinatie van operationele verantwoordelijkheid, autonomie en groeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale organisatie.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Group HR Manager en ondersteunt haar bij de voorbereiding en praktische uitwerking van HR-beleid, Compensation & Benefits, managementondersteuning, organisatieontwikkeling, HR-budgetten en rapportering. Complexe sociale en arbeidsrechtelijke dossiers worden door de Group HR Manager aangestuurd, waarbij jij relevante informatie verzamelt en de opvolging ondersteunt.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een brede HR-functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt en biedt de mogelijkheid om op termijn HR-contacten en projecten in Frankrijk mee te ondersteunen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaakt deadlines en houdt HR-dossiers overzichtelijk en correct.
  • Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
