Onze nieuwe HR Generalist helpt mee met het professionaliseren van onze HR-afdeling en heeft kennis van moderne HR toepassingen. Jij bent graag van toegevoegde waarde, houdt van efficiënt werken en slimme oplossingen. Als HR Generalist zorg jij er natuurlijk voor dat personeelsdossiers op orde zijn, mutaties zorgvuldig worden verwerkt en HR‑processen betrouwbaar en voorspelbaar verlopen. Binnen HR staan we volop in ontwikkeling. Als HR Generalist krijg je dan ook de kans om mee te bouwen aan verschillende projecten en verbeteringen. Zo stappen we binnenkort over naar een nieuw HR-systeem, werken we aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van een nieuw salaris- en functiehuis en rollen we onze performance cycle verder uit. Daarnaast blijven we ons personeelsbeleid continu ontwikkelen, passend bij onze organisatie én bij maatschappelijke en wettelijke ontwikkelingen. Ook opleiding en ontwikkeling krijgt veel aandacht: we willen medewerkers de ruimte geven om te blijven groeien in hun vak en binnen onze organisatie. Kortom: genoeg mooie HR-vraagstukken waarin jij kunt meedenken, adviseren én uitvoeren. Bij Triangular Group werken we exclusief voor opdrachtgevers in het veiligheidsdomein. Dat vraagt om een hoge mate van zorgvuldigheid, discretie en betrouwbaarheid. Jij draagt hieraan bij door te zorgen voor een solide HR‑basis waarop collega's en leidinggevenden kunnen vertrouwen.
