Samen met je team werk je aan thema's als duurzame inzetbaarheid, verzuim, ontwikkeling en behoud van medewerkers. Daarbij kies je voor oplossingen die passen bij Nh1816: persoonlijk, duidelijk en met oog voor de lange termijn. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het adviseren van bestuur en leidinggevenden bij personele en organisatiebrede vraagstukken. - Het verbeteren en vereenvoudigen van HR-processen en werkwijzen. - Het versterken van duurzame inzetbaarheid, ontwikkeling en behoud van medewerkers. - Het bewaken van een juiste toepassing van arbeidsvoorwaarden, arbeidsrechtelijke voorschriften en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Het bijdragen aan organisatiebrede verbeterinitiatieven.
