We zijn op zoek een ervaren HR-professional die complexe HR-vraagstukken weet te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. Als HR Manager ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het managementteam en een verbindende schakel tussen HR, het hoofdkantoor en de winkels. Je werkt grotendeels vanuit ons kantoor in Lijnden, maar bent ook regelmatig te vinden in onze winkels. Zo houd je feeling met de operatie, weet je wat er speelt en blijf je zichtbaar voor medewerkers en managers. Samen met HR Business Partner voor de winkels vorm je het HR-gezicht van Costes richting de organisatie. Jullie werken nauw samen, delen signalen uit de business en zorgen ervoor dat HR-beleid en -initiatieven goed aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk. Je kijkt vooruit, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus en weet ook in uitdagende situaties de rust te bewaren. Je bent organisatiesensitief en weet wanneer je moet adviseren, doorpakken of juist ruimte moet geven. Wat ga je doen? - Samen met het HR advies team (bestaande uit 7 FTE) ontwikkel en realiseer je het HR-jaarplan voor Costes; - Je adviseert het management over uiteenlopende en complexe HR-vraagstukken; - Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen de organisati...
