Hoe zien je werkzaamheden eruit? - Je stuurt een gedreven HR-team van 5 collega's aan en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de afdeling; - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een HR-strategie die aansluit op de organisatiedoelen; - Je adviseert directie en management over organisatieontwikkeling en verandermanagement; - Je borgt verzuimmanagement en personeelsprocessen en zet in op digitalisering en efficiëntie; - Jij creëert een veilige, inclusieve werkomgeving waarin werkplezier centraal staat en collega's kunnen groeien.
