Als HR manager Onderwijs bij Lyceo krijg je de ruimte om inhoudelijk impact te maken én een bredere rol binnen het team te pakken. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden, begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, verbetert HR processen en coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen het team HR en Salaris. Maak het verschil als HR manager in Leiden Als HR manager Onderwijs ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken, begeleid je verzuimtrajecten en denk je mee over beleid en organisatieontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor overzicht en samenhang binnen het team HR en Salaris. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen het team en bent verantwoordelijk voor recruitment, waarbij je ook de recruiter begeleidt en aanstuurt. Je blijft nadrukkelijk zelf actief in de dagelijkse HR praktijk. De ene dag begeleid je een leidinggevende bij een complex verzuimdossier, de andere dag stem je prioriteiten binnen het team af, bespreek je de voortgang van recruitment of werk je aan nieuw HR beleid. Zo verbind je HR beleid, processen en de dagelijkse praktijk met elkaar. Je kent de dynamiek van de organisatie, weet wat er op de verschillende vestigingen speelt en zorgt ervoor dat het team effectief inspeelt op wat de organisatie nodig heeft. Kortom, jij pakt de regie bij het: - adviseren van leidinggevenden en management over HR en organisatievraagstukken; - begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten, waaronder complexe en langdurige dossiers; - ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren van HR-beleid en optimaliseren en borgen van HR-processen; - coördineren van de werkzaamheden binnen het team HR en Salaris, inclusief recruitment, en het begeleiden en aansturen van collega's binnen het team; - goed gevoel voor relevante wet en regelgeving rond arbeidsrecht, verzuim en beloning, en het vermogen om tijdig juridische of fiscale aandachtspunten ...
