Over het werk Als HR medewerker ben jij de spil binnen het HR-proces van deze organisatie. In deze volledig zelfstandige rol werk je vier dagen per week, waarbij je ook deels thuis mag werken. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid over de operationele HR-taken, het wagenparkbeheer en de salarisadministratie. Je werkt nauw samen met het management, maar richt je niet op strategisch beleid. Deze functie biedt je de kans om direct impact te maken op dagelijkse HR-processen en mee te bouwen aan een duurzaam, internationaal bedrijf. Er is ruimte voor zowel een medior als een junior professional; je krijgt de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Je start je werkdag met het verwerken van mutaties in het HR-systeem en het beantwoorden van vragen van collega's rondom HR-zaken. Gedurende de dag houd je je bezig met het beheren van personeelsdossiers, het regelen van de salarisadministratie en het wagenparkbeheer. Je schakelt regelmatig met het management over lopende HR-vraagstukken en zorgt ervoor dat alles up-to-date is volgens de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving. Flexibiliteit en het stellen van prioriteiten zijn belangrijk in deze afwisselende functie. Dankzij de mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken, kun je een goede balans vinden tussen werk en privé.
