Als HR medewerker zorg je dat de personeelsadministratie op orde is, ondersteun je collega's bij HR-vragen en houd je de dagelijkse HR-processen soepel draaiende. Wat ga je doen als HR medewerker? - Beheren van de personeelsadministratie en zorgvuldig verwerken van de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Beantwoorden van dagelijkse vragen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HR-regelingen, cao, wetgeving en andere personeelszaken; - Ondersteunen en coördineren van het wervingsproces en zorgen voor een goede onboarding van nieuwe collega's; - Beheren van verzuimdossiers en ondersteunen bij HR-processen rondom onder andere beoordelingen en opleidingen; - Meedenken over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen en ondersteunen en begeleiden van administratieve collega's binnen de HR-afdeling. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting HRM of Personeelsmanagement en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een operationele HR-rol; - Met jouw nauwkeurige en praktische werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat de HR-administratie goed op orde is; - Door jouw communicatieve en servicegerichte houding ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's op de werkvloer; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed en hebt actuele kennis van de belangrijkste HR-wet- en regelgeving; - Met kennis van AFAS en Dyflexis en ervaring met het begeleiden van collega's heb je een streepje voor, maar dit is geen vereiste.
