Voor onze sfeervolle meubelzaak zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR-medewerker die ons team komt versterken. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers en ondersteun je bij werving, personeelsadministratie en ontwikkeling.

Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-vragen van onze /- 50 medewerkers.
  • Je volgt elke dag de tijdsregistraties van onze medewerkers op en voegt eventuele afwezigheden (ziekte, opleidingen,…) toe. Deze follow-up is belangrijk voor een correcte en nauwkeurige loonadministratie.
  • Je doet in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat (SD Worx) de maandelijkse loonverwerking. Eindejaarspremies, vakantiegeld, maaltijdcheques, … vallen ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je volgt alle administratie op bij externe partners (maaltijdcheques, verzekeringen, interimcontracten)
  • Je houdt de vakantietellers/rechten correct bij
  • Je houdt de sectorale reglementering (P.C. 200, P.C. 201, P.C. 126) bij en zorgt voor de implementatie in het uitgetekende loonbeleid
  • Je werkt mee aan de digitalisering van onze HR-dienst
  • Je optimaliseert de HR-afdeling en volgt de personeelsdossiers op
  • Je schrijft vacatures uit en maakt ze kenbaar via eigen en externe kanalen.
  • Bij voorkeur doe je ook de eerste screening van de kandidaten.
  • Je neemt het luik preventie voor jouw rekening.
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR-administratie.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Ervaring met het loonverwerkingspakket van SD Worx en/of Protime zijn extra troeven. Een opleiding als preventie-adviseur is ook een plus.
