Dan is dit dé rol voor jou!Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze personeels- en salarisadministratie in AFAS, je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen en denkt actief mee over hoe de processen nóg beter kunnen. Een afwisselende functie waarin je nauw samenwerkt met collega's en écht impact maakt op de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Van het verwerken van personeelsmutaties in AFAS tot het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten: jij draait er je hand niet voor om! In deze veelzijdige en ondersteunende rol als HR Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met HR-gerelateerde vragen. Of het nu gaat om een wijziging in het contract, een vraag over het verlof of een nieuwe indiensttreding - jij denkt mee, schakelt snel en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Samen met je collega HR Adviseur stel je ARBO-rapportages op en zorg je voor een sluitende administratie. Je houdt ervan om processen te optimaliseren en ziet het als een sport om de HR-administratie elke dag een beetje slimmer en efficiënter te maken. En de maandelijkse salarismutaties? Die pak jij zorgvuldig op! Wat breng je mee? Als HR Medewerker beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet je makkelijk verbinding te maken met collega's op ieder niveau. Je bent discreet, luistert actief en houdt oog voor zowel de mens als het beleid. Je schakelt snel, blijft rustig in drukke situaties en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Zo ben jij de betrouwbare schakel binnen het HR-team.
