Taken - Verwerken van mutaties: Verwerken van mutaties op het gebied van in-, door- en uitstroom in AFAS en bewaken van het proces en de voortgang. - Beantwoorden van vragen: Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en management, bijvoorbeeld over de cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Beheren werving & selectie: Beheren van het werving- en selectieproces van interne, externe en inhuurvacatures. - Optimaliseren HR-processen: Mede optimaliseren van HR-processen, onder andere samen met de Senior HR-medewerker. Functie eisen (1) en -wensen (•) Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal mbo-4 niveau - Aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke, provinciale en/of SGO organisatie - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van HR medewerker en/of direct vergelijkbare rol Wensen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde HR gerelateerde opleiding op minimaal mbo-4 niveau - Aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke, provinciale en/of SGO organisatie - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van HR medewerker en/of direct vergelijkbare rol Algemeen Heb je interesse in deze functie?
