- Vacature HR Medewerker Vianen Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als HR Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je combineert HR-administratie met een stukje advies en ondersteuning van leidinggevenden en collega's. Van vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden en de cao tot verzuim en personeelszaken: jij zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is. Je houdt je bezig met de volledige in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, verwerkt personeelsmutaties en houdt ziek- en herstelmeldingen bij. Ook ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij verzuimvraagstukken en gesprekken. Daarnaast denk je mee over opleidingen, help je bij de werving van nieuwe collega's en draag je bij aan het verbeteren en digitaliseren van HR-processen. Je werkt als HR Medewerker vanuit een modern kantoor in Vianen, binnen een betrokken team waarin je veel ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig te werken en mee te denken.
