Als hr medewerker draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van HR-processen binnen diverse toonaangevende organisaties. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management en ondersteunt hen in een breed scala aan HR-activiteiten. Deze rol biedt een mooie balans tussen administratieve taken en inhoudelijke HR-ondersteuning, waarbij je jouw kennis van wet- en regelgeving en ervaring met HR-systemen zoals AFAS optimaal kunt inzetten. Je krijgt de kans om te groeien, te leren en impact te maken, terwijl je werkt aan uitdagende projecten en processen. Wat je gaat doen: - Personeelsmutaties verwerken: nauwkeurig bijhouden van wijzigingen en opstellen van arbeidscontracten. - Personeelsdossiers beheren: zorgen dat alle gegevens up-to-date zijn in HR-systemen. - Ziekteverzuim begeleiden: ondersteunen bij re-integratietrajecten en adviseren over de Wet van Poortwachter. - Werving en selectie ondersteunen: schrijven van vacatureteksten, voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en opstellen van contracten. - HR-processen verbeteren: signaleren van kansen en proactief adviseren over optimalisaties.
