- Vacature HR Medewerker Vianen Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als HR Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alles op HR-gebied soepel verloopt! In deze afwisselende functie combineer je administratieve werkzaamheden met het adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en collega's. Van vragen over de cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden tot verzuim en personeelsadministratie: jij weet wat er speelt en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je regelt als HR Medewerker alles rondom de in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers, verwerkt mutaties en houdt ziek- en herstelmeldingen nauwkeurig bij. Daarnaast adviseer je leidinggevenden bij verzuimvraagstukken, ondersteun je bij gesprekken en zorg je voor een juiste personeelsadministratie. Ook denk je mee over opleidingen, help je bij het vinden van nieuwe collega's en draag je bij aan het verder digitaliseren van HR-processen. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team en werkt vanuit een modern kantoor in Vianen. Samen draag je bij aan een positieve werksfeer en een professionele HR-afdeling.
