Als HR-medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en leidinggevenden op het gebied van personeelszaken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op HR-gebied soepel verloopt en dat onze medewerkers zich ondersteund voelen. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren van personeelsdossiers en verwerken van mutaties in het HR-systeem - Ondersteunen bij werving & selectie en het onboardingproces van nieuwe collega's - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige HR-documenten - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR-processen - Ondersteunen bij ziekteverzuimregistratie, opleidingen en beoordelingsrondes - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers over HR-gerelateerde vragen Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM, P&O of administratie - Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Kennis van actuele wet- en regelgeving rondom arbeid en verzuim - Je bent communicatief sterk, discreet en werkt graag nauwkeurig - Je kunt goed p...
