Als HR-medewerker bij Start People in Lelystad ben jij het vertrouwde gezicht op locatie en de verbindende factor tussen flexmedewerkers, leidinggevenden en opdrachtgevers. Je werkt zelfstandig bij onze klanten in Lelystad en Almere en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom instroom, begeleiding, ontwikkeling en planning op rolletjes loopt. Vanaf de eerste werkdag tot aan de verdere loopbaanontwikkeling ben jij betrokken bij jouw medewerkers. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer, voert gesprekken die ertoe doen en signaleert kansen om zowel medewerkers als de samenwerking met de klant verder te versterken. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aanpak voelen flexmedewerkers zich gehoord en gewaardeerd, terwijl klanten kunnen rekenen op een betrokken HR-partner die meedenkt, adviseert en vooruitkijkt. Wat ga je doen als HR-medewerker? - Je zorgt voor een optimale personeelsplanning en houdt continu de bezetting en personeelsbehoefte van de klant in de gaten. - Je begeleidt flexmedewerkers gedurende hun volledige dienstverband, van onboarding en verzuimbegeleiding tot ontwikkel- en evaluatiegesprekken. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, teamleiders en klanten en adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. - Je bouwt sterke relaties op met flexmedewerkers en ondersteunt hen actief in hun groei, ontwikkeling en werkplezier. - Je voert recruitmentactiviteiten uit, waaronder het screenen van kandidaten, plannen van gesprekken en begeleiden van nieuwe instroom. - Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet daardoor precies wat er spee...
