Dan voel jij je thuis als HR-medewerker inhouse bij Start People in Doetinchem. In deze rol werk je op locatie bij een grote opdrachtgever binnen een industriële en logistieke omgeving. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, schakelt dagelijks met teamleiders en flexmedewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom personeelsplanning, onboarding en administratie soepel verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment help je een nieuwe medewerker op weg, het volgende moment los je een planningsvraagstuk op of ondersteun je bij de werving van nieuwe collega's. Als HR-medewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen medewerkers, teamleiders en Start People. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden als HR-medewerker bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en beheren van de personeelsplanning; - Verzorgen van een warm en professioneel onboardingproces voor nieuwe medewerkers; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor teamleiders en medewerkers; - Verwerken en beheren van HR-administratie; - Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijk contact; - Ondersteunen bij recruitmentactiviteiten, zoals het screenen van kandidaten en plannen van gesprekken; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen binnen HR-processen; - Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer om medewerkers te begeleiden en ondersteunen.
