Leren en ontwikkelen Over Van Gelder Aan de slag als Ben jij op zoek naar een HR-functie met inhoud, afwisseling en veel contact met mensen? Als HR Medewerker Externe Inleen bij Van Gelder krijg je vanuit Dordrecht een brede rol waarin je schakelt tussen cao's, arbeidsvoorwaarden, hiringmanagers en vaste leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? Je adviseert over de juiste inleenoplossing, zorgt dat externe professionals onder passende voorwaarden worden ingezet en werkt daarbij met verschillende cao's en ons eigen arbeidsvoorwaardenreglement. Tegelijkertijd bouw je relaties op binnen en buiten Van Gelder en denk je mee over hoe onze inleenprocessen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt het inleenproces van capaciteitsvraag tot contractering. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat een hiringmanager nodig heeft, maar ook naar de juiste inleenconstructie, cao, arbeidsvoorwaarden en bijbehorende afspraken. Je werkt nauw samen met HR Business Partners, Recruitment Business Partners en hiringmanagers en schakelt daarnaast veel met onze vaste externe partners. Samen zorg je voor oplossingen die inhoudelijk kloppen én praktisch goed werken. Ook begeleid je deta-vast kandidaten bij de overgang naar een rechtstreeks dienstverband bij Van Gelder. Je zorgt dat voorwaarden, afspraken en timing goed op elkaar aansluiten, zodat die overstap soepel verloopt. - Je adviseert hiringmanagers over hun capaciteitsbehoefte en passende oplossingen voor externe inleen. - Je beoordeelt welke cao en arbeidsvoorwaarden van toepassing zijn en zorgt voor de juiste contractering. - Je werkt daarbij met verschillende cao's en het arbeidsvoorwaardenreglement van Van Gelder. - Je stelt inleencontracten op en bewaakt afspraken over onder andere tarieven, looptijd en voorwaarden. - Je onderhoudt contact met onze vaste leveranciers en bouwt aan duurzame samenwerkingen. - Je past relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom externe inleen toe in de praktijk...
