HR-medewerker - Maasmechelen - Deeltijdse functie

Ben jij een betrokken HR-medewerker die de administratieve en mensgerichte kant van HR weet te combineren? Wil je bijdragen aan de digitalisering van HR-processen binnen een collegiaal team? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als HR-medewerker ondersteun je de HR-manager en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor zowel medewerkers als administratieve taken. Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Ondersteuning van de HR-manager in dagelijkse HR-taken.
  • Personeelsadministratie: opstellen en verwerken van contracten, bijhouden van personeelsdossiers, attesten en mutaties.
  • Voorbereiden van payroll- en verloningsadministratie in samenwerking met de externe boekhouding of payrollpartner.
  • Werving en selectie: vacatures publiceren, kandidaten screenen en interviews coördineren.
  • Organiseren van onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers.
  • Functie als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, inclusief opvolging van verzuim en welzijn op het werk.
  • Actief bijdragen aan digitaliseringsprojecten, zoals elektronische personeelsdossiers en gebruiksvriendelijke HR-tools.
  • Opstellen van basisrapportages en analyses voor de HR-manager.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, vragen we van jou dat je voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.
  • Je hebt een diploma in HR, secretariaat, office management of gelijkwaardige werkervaring (minimaal 1-2 jaar in een HR-functie).
  • Je hebt ervaring met personeelsadministratie en basiskennis van arbeidsrecht in België.
  • Je bent IT-vaardig en hebt ervaring met MS Office (Excel) en HR-software/HRIS of bent bereid om nieuwe tools snel te leren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, discreet en georganiseerd.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.
  • Een proactieve houding en interesse in procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering zijn belangrijk.
