Je ondersteunt onze Managing Director Operations & Development bij de volledige HR-cyclus en zorgt dat alles administratief en organisatorisch op rolletjes loopt. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: · Administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning bij werving, selectie, in- en uitdiensttreding; · Begeleiding en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers tot en met de eerste werkdag; · Verantwoordelijk voor de offboarding van medewerkers en volledige afhandeling van de bijbehorende administratie; · Opvolgen van verzuim- en herstelmeldingen; · Notuleren en begeleiden van individuele gesprekken (functionerings-, beoordelings-, verzuim- en evaluatiegesprekken); · Organiseren van opleidingen op initiatief van de afdelingsmanagers; · Opstellen en bijstellen van functieprofielen en vacatureteksten; · Bewaken van mijlpalen zoals verjaardagen, jubilea en contractverlengingen, met bijbehorende attenties; · Voorbereiding van de salarisuitbetaling; · Accorderen en verwerken van HR-facturen; · Beheer van het wagenpark en alles wat daarbij komt kijken; · Vakantieplanning en verlofaanvragen beheren en bewaken; · Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en tijdig verlengen van contracten; · Als actieve recruiter continu op zoek naar en in gesprek met geschikte kandidaten. Aan wie rapporteer je? Je valt onder de Managing Director Operations & Development en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan haar.
