Dit ga je doen In deze rol als HR Payroll Specialist ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt als het gaat om de salarisadministratie voor meer dan 900 collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom de verloning netjes, op tijd en volgens de actuele wet- en regelgeving wordt geregeld. Met jouw oog voor detail en kennis van zaken, weten medewerkers dat het goed zit met hun salaris en andere HR-administratie.Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de volledige payroll; je bent ook betrokken bij allerlei HR-processen. Je schakelt met externe partijen zoals pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars, en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Jouw mening telt, dus kom maar op met die slimme ideeën!WatWat ga je onder andere doen? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij alle vragen over salaris, arbeidsvoorwaarden en HR-zaken; - Je regelt zelfstandig de hele salarisadministratie van A tot Z; - Je verwerkt en checkt mutaties, zoals in-, door- en uitstroom; - Je onderhoudt contact met verschillende externe partijen, waaronder pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars; - Je ondersteunt bij HR-administratie, bijvoorbeeld bij verzuimregistratie en contractwijzigingen; - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en stroomlijnen van processen.
