* verantwortest aufgrund deines fundierten Payroll-Wissens die eigenständige und spezialisierte Recherche zu arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Themenstellungen und berätst dazu HR-Ansprechpersonen sowie Führungskräfte im Konzern.

* bist gemeinsam mit deinem Team das Bindeglied zwischen der Abteilung Arbeitsrecht und dem Fachbereich Personalabrechnung und stellst die sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen im SAP HCM sicher.

* fungierst für die internen Fachbereiche der Abteilung Payroll & Global Mobility als 2nd Level Support bei neuartigen und komplexen Fragestellungen im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht.

* übernimmst bei Payroll-bezogenen Projekten eine steuernde Rolle und koordinierst die Abstimmung mit den internen Ansprechpersonen.

* erstellst fachliche Handbücher und Arbeitsanweisungen als Grundlage für Schulungsmaßnahmen und zur Sicherstellung der Prozesseinhaltung.

* erstellst detaillierte Fallzusammenfassungen und bereitest damit fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für komplexe Fragestellungen auf.

Dein Profil, du...

* hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer allgemeinbildenden oder berufsbildenden höheren Schule (z. B. HAK-Matura), eine vollständig abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung (WIFI) sowie eine fundierte arbeitsrechtliche Ausbildung.

* bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Payroll-Bereich mit.

* verfügst über ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in der Arbeit mit Excel (xlsx), CSV-Dateien und PowerPoint, sowie über eine hohe IT-Affinität.

* hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Begleitung von Konzernprojekten im Bereich Payroll und bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP HCM mit.

* arbeitest eigeninitiativ und selbstständig, verfügst über ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und gehst komplexe Fragestellungen lösungsorientiert an.

* zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägten Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke aus.

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
