Achter cijfers, structuren en KPI’s zit iets dat niet in Excel past: mensen. Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer die energie haalt uit verbinden, organiseren en vooruitdenken. Iemand die met beide voeten in de praktijk staat, maar af en toe ook het helikopterzicht bovenhaalt. Achter elk ster bedrijf staat iemand die de mensen echt goed kent, je takenpakket zal bestaan uit het volgende:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van het rekruterings- en selectieproces van A tot Z
  • Nauwe samenwerking met directie en lijnmanagement om personeelsnoden scherp te krijgen
  • Vertalen van deze noden naar een duurzame en realistische aanwervingsstrategie
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met externe partners (kostenefficiënt en doelgericht)
  • Samenwerken met marketing om het DNA en de bedrijfscultuur sterk naar buiten te brengen
  • Meedenken over creatieve wervingsacties en employer branding
  • Rekrutering voornamelijk voor arbeidersprofielen
  • Kandidaten overtuigen in een competitieve arbeidsmarkt
  • Opvolgen van cijfers, rapportering en KPI’s om tijdig bij te sturen
  • Meewerken in een operationele HR-rol, met ruimte voor strategisch inzicht
