Als snelgroeiende organisatie met een energieke werkomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een proactieve HR Officer die werk uit handen neemt, zorgt dat onze operationele HR-processen soepel verlopen en deze verder optimaliseert. In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige, juiste en efficiënte uitvoering van onze operationele HR-processen. Samen met de HR Business Partner en HR Manager zorg je voor een professionele HR-service en ondersteun je leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vragen. Of het nu gaat om personeelsadministratie, contracten en mutaties, Afas, instroom en onboarding of reguliere personele casuïstiek (geen idee hoe anders te verwoorden), jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang en signaleer en initieer je verbeteringen om onze HR-processen continu te optimaliseren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Het coördineren en administratief ondersteunen van instroom en uitstroom, waaronder werving & selectie, contracten en onboarding. - Het beantwoorden van eerstelijns HR vragen en het ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij operationele HR vraagstukken. - Het beheren en actueel houden van de personeelsadministratie en HR-workflows in Afas, waaronder contracten, mutaties en personeelsdossiers. - Het bewaken van de voortgang van HR-processen en signaleren en initiëren van procesverbeteringen.
