Werken bij Eraneos betekent: Jouw (financiële) beloningen geregeld - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.970,- en €3.780,- exclusief 8% vakantiegeld, afhankelijk van je werkervaring en op basis van een 36-urige werkweek. - Pensioenregeling met slechts 1,3% eigen bijdrage en een collectieve arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering. - Winstdeling. - Thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,40 per dag en een maandelijkse internetvergoeding van €50,-. - Persoonlijk budget van € 840,- voor het inrichten van je ergonomische thuiswerkplek. - Vergoeding van €44,95 voor je (zakelijke) mobiel abonnement. - Zakelijke laptop of een bring-your-own-device vergoeding van €44,-. - Jaarlijks sportbudget van €250,-. Werken zoals het bij jou past - Werkweek van 32 of 36 uur en jaarlijks aanpasbaar. - Eén maand per jaar remote werken vanuit het buitenland (in overleg). - NS-Business Card en kilometervergoeding. - Vrijheid in je werkplek: op kantoor of thuis. - Naast 22,5 vakantiedag (op basis van 36 uur), de mogelijkheid tot aan- en verkoop van (extra) dagen. - Optie om 2 nationale feestdagen te ruilen.
