Als HR Officer werk je samen met ons team aan de administratieve HR-processen en draag je bij aan diverse HR-projecten. Waar ben je als HR Officer verantwoordelijk voor? Als HR Officer word je onderdeel van de HR-afdeling, die op dit moment bestaat uit 9 collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met andere HR Officers, HR Business Partners, Recruitment en de HR-directeur. In deze rol zorg je voor een solide en toekomstbestendig HR-fundament. Je maakt het verschil door processen strak te organiseren en de verbinding te leggen tussen medewerkers, management en HR. Wat betekent dit in de praktijk? - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij HR-gerelateerde vragen - Je hebt inhoudelijke kennis van en ervaring met AFAS InSite en Profit - Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van het in-, door- en uitstroomproces en het ziekteverzuim - Samen met je collega's werk je aan de optimalisatie en continue verbetering van HR-processen - Je adviseert over HR-processen, regelingen en cao's - Je neemt deel aan diverse HR-projecten Met onze gedeelde visie en ons enthousiasme werken we elke dag samen aan het realiseren van een "Climate for Growth" voor zowel onze klanten als onze collega's.
