In verband met uitbreiding van het team is er een mooie plek vrijgekomen binnen ons HR backoffice team. Voor ons kantoor in Deventer zijn wij daarom op zoek naar een ervaren HR Officer.Je komt terecht in een betrokken en professioneel team van zes collega's. In deze rol ligt de focus op het uitvoeren en beheren van operationele en administratieve HR-processen. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen in systemen en werkwijzen. We zoeken iemand die energie haalt uit het op orde brengen én houden van HR-processen, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en snel waarde toevoegt. Een echte hands-on rol! Dit vind je leuk om te doen - Uitvoeren en beheren van dagelijkse operationele HR-werkzaamheden - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en volledige HR-administratie - Ondersteunen bij de uitvoer van integratietrajecten - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in HR-processen en systemen - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving (o.a. arbeidsrecht en WvP) naar praktische procedures en richtlijnen - Schakel zijn tussen de operationele werkzaamheden en ondersteuni...
