Krijg jij energie van mensen ontmoeten, talent herkennen en de juiste match maken? Ben je iemand die gemakkelijk contact legt en zich helemaal thuis voelt tussen chauffeurs, operationele profielen en mensen met een hands-on mentaliteit?

Als HR Officer Recruitment & Onboarding speel je een sleutelrol in het aantrekken, begeleiden en verwelkomen van nieuwe chauffeurs. Jij zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten niet alleen voor onze organisatie kiezen, maar zich vanaf hun eerste werkdag ook écht welkom voelen.

In deze functie combineer je recruitment, onboarding en veel menselijk contact. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen kandidaten, planning, operations en HR en hebt een directe impact op de groei en kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.

Jouw uitdaging

Als HR Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige instroomproces van onze chauffeurs, van eerste kennismaking tot succesvolle opstart.

Recruitment

  • Je schrijft en publiceert aantrekkelijke vacatures voor verschillende chauffeurprofielen (bus, taxi, vervoer op maat, ...).
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via jobboards, sociale media, lokale netwerken en andere relevante kanalen.
  • Je voert telefonische en persoonlijke screeningsgesprekken waarbij motivatie, attitude en rijgeschiktheid centraal staan.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met planners en leidinggevenden over personeelsnoden en gewenste profielen.
  • Je denkt mee over innovatieve manieren om nieuwe chauffeurs aan te trekken via campagnes, partnerships en andere instroominitiatieven.

Onboarding

  • Je begeleidt nieuwe chauffeurs tijdens hun volledige opstarttraject.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve en praktische zaken correct en tijdig in orde zijn.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met planning en operations zodat iedere nieuwe collega vlot kan starten.
  • Je creëert een warme onboardingervaring met duidelijke communicatie, begeleiding en opvolging.
  • Je blijft ook tijdens de eerste weken een aanspreekpunt en ondersteunt nieuwe medewerkers waar nodig.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken geen klassiek HR-profiel, maar een echte verbinder die zich gemakkelijk inleeft in operationele profielen en graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in HR, psychologie, sociaal werk of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen recruitment, HR of talentontwikkeling.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met chauffeurs en andere operationele medewerkers.
  • Je communiceert vlot, menselijk en doelgericht.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht, ook in drukke periodes.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en houdt van aanpakken.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en haalt energie uit contact met mensen.
