Voor D&B The Facility Group in Amstelveen zoeken wij een nauwkeurige en ondernemende HR Officer die energie krijgt van structuur, overzicht en het verbeteren van HR-processen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar veel gebeurt. Als HR Officer zorg jij voor rust en continuïteit in de dagelijkse HR-operatie en krijg je daarnaast ruimte om mee te werken aan verschillende HR-projecten. Dit is je uitdaging Je stapt in op een belangrijk onderdeel van de HR-organisatie. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de administratieve HR-processen en zorgt dat deze nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar worden uitgevoerd. De HR-afdeling is volop in beweging en werkt in een dynamische, directe en dienstverlenende omgeving. Dat vraagt om iemand die zorgvuldig werkt, makkelijk schakelt en eigenaarschap toont. Tegelijkertijd is dit geen rol waarin je alleen maar administratie verwerkt. Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen en krijgt de mogelijkheid om bij te dragen aan verschillende HR-projecten. Over de rol Als HR Officer heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen • Je voert de administratieve HR-processen uit en zorgt dat deze correct en tijdig worden verwerkt • Je verwerkt HR-mutaties in AFAS en houdt personeelsdossiers op orde • Je levert de juiste mutaties aan voor de payroll en voert hierop de eindcontrole uit • Je ondersteunt bij onboarding en andere HR-processen • Je werkt samen met HR Adviseurs en HR Business Partners binnen het HR Operations-team • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van HR-processen • Je ondersteunt bij verschillende HR-projecten Ove...
