Als HR Officer ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het ontwikkelen én uitvoeren van ons HR-beleid zowel op administratief en operationeel niveau. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse collega's en maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Dit ga je doen In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het houden van de regie op het verzuimproces en ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partijen tijdig de juiste stappen zetten; - Een betrouwbare HR-administratie en het ondersteunen van medewerkers bij vragen over HR-systemen; - Het begeleiden van het volledige werving- en selectieproces en helpen om de juiste talenten aan onze organisatie te verbinden; - Het zorgdragen voor tijdige en toegankelijke communicatie richting medewerkers; - Beheren van onze toegangs- en tijdregistratiesystemen en ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers direct goed van start kunnen; - Het ondersteunen van de ondernemingsraad door vergaderingen te organiseren, voor te bereiden en vast te leggen. Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal één jaar HR-ervaring - MBO 4/HBO-opleiding in HR of een gerelateerd vakgebied - Ervaring met systemen (MS Office en bij voorkeur AFAS) - Initiatief, daadkracht, nauwkeurig en resultaatgerichtheid - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, dosis energie en humor! Wat bieden wij jou? - Salaris van €2.876 tot €4.147 per 4 weken op basis van 36 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer met een maximum van € 15 per dag; - 8% vakantietoeslag; - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden; - Elke vier weken een tas vol Bolletje producten.
