Als HR Business Partner ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een toegewezen medewerkerspopulatie. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van medewerkers en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij hun HR-vraagstukken.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van medewerkers
  • Opvolgen van performance, ontwikkeling en welzijn
  • Opvolgen van afwezigheden en personeelsdossiers
  • Begeleiden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij complexe en gevoelige HR-situaties
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden
  • Meewerken aan veranderingsprocessen en het creëren van draagvlak
  • Signaleren van HR-noden en vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Nauw samenwerken met de business, planning en payroll
  • Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van onze HR-werking

Een ervaren HR-professional die:

  • Hands-on, pragmatisch en zelfstandig werkt
  • Snel kan schakelen en goed omgaat met ad-hoc situaties
  • Energie krijgt van een omgeving waar verandering de norm is
  • Sterk is in communicatie en complexe situaties niet uit de weg gaat
  • Zowel mensgericht als business-minded is
  • Rust en overzicht kan bewaren wanneer het druk wordt
