De Belgische vestiging telt zo’n 300 enthousiaste collega’s en vormt een belangrijke schakel in een organisatie met vestigingen in de VS, het VK en Nederland. Hun specialisatie? Hoogwaardige verpakkingsoplossingen en contractverpakkingsdiensten. Hun kracht? Flexibiliteit, maatwerk en service die ver gaat.

Wat ga je doen als HR Officer?

  • Je bent het interne aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management voor HR-gerelateerde topics.
  • Je adviseert leidinggevenden in de employee life cycle: instroom, performance, employee relations, succession planning, absenteïsme en bijsturingen.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van sociaal-juridische actualiteit, houdt kennis van sociaal recht up-to-date en vertaalt de veranderende wetgeving naar de organisatie.
  • Je bezoekt externe events aangaande employer branding, sociaal-juridische seminaries….
  • Je ondersteunt bij verschillende soorten gesprekken (opvolging, welzijn, conflict), je gaat behoeften na en waar nodig onderneem je acties.
  • Je neemt deel aan overlegorganen binnen de organisatie (SD, CPBW) en fungeert als back-up bij de Ondernemingsraad (sociaal overleg).
  • Je beheert het opleidingsbudget en verwerkt eventuele overheidssubsidies.
  • Je staat in voor het beheer van de nodige personeelsinformatiesystemen.
  • Je verzorgt HR-rapporteringen, HR Data, HR analyses….
  • Je ondersteunt het lokale management bij alle HR-activiteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor toegangscontrole en tijdsregistratie en de inrichting van het access control-systeem.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en implementatie van verschillende HR Projecten en de optimalisatie van HR Processen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Head of Global HR Technology and HR Manager Europe.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Sociaal Werk, Psychologie, of een mensgerichte of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie. Ervaring in een productieomgeving/industrie is vereist.
  • Uitstekende kennis van sociale wetgeving.
  • Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met HR-systemen, bij voorkeur Workday, SD Worx en Protime, is een pluspunt.
  • Discreet, empathisch en integer, maar ook assertief en matuur waar nodig.
  • Een teamplayer die stressbestendig is, proactief werkt en doorzet.
