Voor een grote en stabiele organisatie in Bilzen zijn we op zoek naar een HR Operations Specialist om het HR-team te versterken. In deze rol ben jij dé persoon bij wie medewerkers en leidinggevenden terechtkunnen met hun HR-vragen. Je luistert, denkt mee, zoekt een oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat elke vraag bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt.

Jouw impact binnen HR

Als eerste aanspreekpunt ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse HR-werking. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene medewerker heeft een vraag over een HR-procedure, terwijl een leidinggevende jouw advies nodig heeft over een concrete situatie.

Concreet:

  • Je bemant mee de HR-balie en volgt de algemene HR-mailbox op;
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden met algemene HR-vragen;
  • Je beantwoordt zelfstandig vragen waarvoor je een beroep kunt doen op je kennis van de Belgische HR- en sociale wetgeving, interne procedures en afspraken;
  • Je denkt mee, analyseert situaties en zoekt naar een correct en praktisch antwoord;
  • Je herkent wanneer een vraag meer gespecialiseerde expertise vereist en schakelt vlot de juiste HR-collega in;
  • Je volgt vragen nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen rekenen op een snelle, professionele en klantgerichte HR-service.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken geen pure administratieve kracht, maar een ervaren HR-professional die inhoudelijk sterk in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

Je hebt:

  • Een goede en praktische kennis van de Belgische HR- en sociale wetgeving;
  • Ervaring binnen HR en bij voorkeur ervaring als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en/of leidinggevenden;
  • Een analytische blik en het vermogen om snel in te schatten wat een vraag precies nodig heeft;
  • Voldoende zelfstandigheid om vragen zelf te behandelen en beslissingen te nemen binnen je expertise;
  • Een sterk gevoel voor klantgerichtheid en service;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele, toegankelijke houding;
  • Het talent om snel te schakelen en verschillende vragen tegelijk efficiënt op te volgen.

Kortom: je bent iemand die graag meedenkt, graag helpt en pas tevreden is wanneer een medewerker écht verder kan.
