Met een uitgebreid kantorennetwerk en meer dan 5000 medewerkers zetten we dagelijks in op kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Ter versterking van ons HR-team in Wommelgem zoeken we een straffe en spontane HR & Payroll Officer die vlot kan meedraaien in ons eigen sociaal secretariaat.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als HR & Payroll Officer ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze kantoren bij vragen over sociale wetgeving, interne procedures en sta je in voor een vlotte en correcte loonadministratie.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Opvolging van sociale wetgeving en correcte toepassing hiervan binnen de organisatie
  • Verwerking van lonen en administratie voor zowel bedienden als arbeiders
  • Beheer van het wagenpark
  • Adviseren en informeren van collega’s over HR- en payroll gerelateerde topics en vragen
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande payroll processen en bijdragen aan efficiënte HR-oplossingen
  • ...

Jouw profiel

  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in payroll binnen Paritair Comité 200, kennis van Paritair Comité 322.01 is een plus
  • Nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Bacheloropleiding in personeelsmanagement, communicatie, officemanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler
