Alleen het beste voor jou. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden Wij zijn continu op zoek naar HR-professionals op alle niveaus voor uiteenlopende opdrachten binnen diverse gemeenten. Samen kijken we welke opdrachten aansluiten bij jouw ervaring, ambities en beschikbaarheid. Specialisten op het gebied van recruitment, verzuim, talentontwikkeling, management of HR-projecten, alles komt voorbij! Werk je als zzp'er of liever in loondienst via detachering ? Beide is mogelijk. Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond en interesses kun je denken aan opdrachten zoals: - Adviseren van management over HR-vraagstukken op tactisch en operationeel niveau; - Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en toepassen van de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter; - Ondersteunen of opzetten van recruitmentprocessen; - Implementeren en optimaliseren van HR-beleid en HR-tools; - Begeleiden van organisatieveranderingen; - Tijdelijke vervanging bij zwangerschapsverlof of capaciteitsvraagstukken; - Projectmatige HR-rollen binnen groeiende of veranderende organisaties. Opdrachten variëren in duur, omvang, complexiteit en locatie. We kijken altijd samen naar wat écht bij je past. Functie-eisen Afhankelijk van de opdracht wordt er door de betreffende gemeente een profiel geschetst van de gewenste kandidaat om de opdracht in te vullen. In de basis beschik jij over: - HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau (afhankelijk van je rol); - Minimaal 2 jaar HR ervaring binnen een gemeente (operationeel, tactisch of strategisch); - Kennis van arbeidsrecht en/of verzuimwetgeving; - Zelfstandigheid ...
