Sinds de oprichting in 2003 kiezen wij er heel bewust voor om een middelgrote, regionale speler te blijven in de regio Amersfoort en Utrecht. Onze focus is scherp gedefinieerd: wij werken uitsluitend met bedrijven binnen een straal van 15-30 kilometer rondom Leusden. Deze geografische focus is onze kracht. Het zorgt voor korte communicatielijnen, een hoge flexibiliteit en totale openheid naar onze klanten. Door deze nabijheid garanderen wij dat klanten zoveel mogelijk dezelfde, lokale schoonmakers over de vloer krijgen. Goed werkgeverschap en duurzaam, maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen (MVO) zitten diep in ons DNA verankerd. Ons nuchtere motto luidt dan ook: "Wat vies is moet schoon". Succlean heeft ca 185 medewerkers in dienst. Als HR Professional binnen onze organisatie ben jij de spil tussen onze mensen en de strikte kwaliteitsnormen die onze sector rijk is. Je coacht onze objectleiders en rayonleiding in goed werkgeverschap, zorgt voor een vlekkeloze personeels- en loonadministratie en garandeert dat wij te allen tijde glansrijk door onze ISO 14001, 9001 en SNA-audits komen. Om de werkzaamheden optimaal te laten verlopen zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Professional.
