Als HR-professional bij Penosa ben jij dé sparringpartner op alle niveaus van HR voor een breed scala aan MKB-ondernemers binnen Twente. Onze klanten zijn divers: van productiebedrijven tot dienstverlenende organisaties, en van start-ups tot familiebedrijven met jarenlange tradities. Jouw uitdaging ligt in het snel schakelen tussen de verschillende behoeften van onze klanten. Jij biedt niet alleen het standaard HR-werk, maar gaat altijd op zoek naar de vraag achter de vraag. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Adviseren van ondernemers en leidinggevenden over HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken; - Begeleiden van verandertrajecten en het optimaliseren van HR-processen; - Het aanpakken van complexe personeelskwesties met een oplossingsgerichte blik; - Proactief signaleren van kansen en knelpunten binnen de organisatie. Wil jij het HR-vak vooral leren door het te doen? Ben jij (bijna) afgestudeerd aan de hbo-opleiding HRM en wil je een brede basis leggen voor jouw verdere loopbaan?
