Met jouw gecombineerde expertise zorg je voor een foutloze, tijdige en toekomstgerichte HR thema's én ben je een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden op alle niveaus. Jij houdt je bezig met HR‑thema's zoals arbeidsrecht, werving & selectie en e-learnings, heb je brede kennis van wet- en regelgeving, en houd je je bezig met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je financiële aansluitingen en zorgt dat diverse rapportages altijd correct en op tijd worden verwerkt. In een organisatie die continu in beweging is, schakel je moeiteloos tussen nauwkeurige uitvoering, praktische advisering en het signaleren van verbeterkansen, waarmee je actief bijdraagt aan het optimaliseren van processen binnen HR.
