Jouw rol

Om onze teams verder te versterken, zoeken we een HR Recruiter die talent weet te vinden, enthousiasmeren en verbinden met DAMART.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rekrutering van medewerkers voor onze hoofdzetel en ons winkelnetwerk in België en Luxemburg. Van de eerste intake met de manager tot de selectie van de juiste kandidaat: jij beheert het volledige recruitmentproces en zorgt voor een professionele en persoonlijke aanpak.

Je bent daarbij een echte partner voor onze managers. Je begrijpt hun personeelsbehoeften, gaat actief op zoek naar talent en zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten niet alleen over de juiste competenties beschikken, maar ook passen bij onze organisatie en waarden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert het volledige rekruteringsproces van A tot Z voor onze hoofdzetel en ons winkelnetwerk.
  • Je bespreekt personeelsbehoeften met managers en vertaalt deze naar het juiste kandidatenprofiel.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en gaat actief op zoek naar kandidaten via LinkedIn, jobboards, sociale media, databanken en andere kanalen.
  • Je screent cv’s, voert telefonische screenings en selectiegesprekken en begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige proces.
  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt managers bij het maken van de juiste selectie.
  • Je zorgt voor een warme, professionele en positieve candidate experience.
  • Voor moeilijk invulbare vacatures ontwikkel je creatieve sourcingacties en verken je nieuwe rekruteringskanalen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt DAMART op jobbeurzen en rekruteringsevents en draagt bij aan onze employer branding.
  • Je volgt recruitment-KPI’s op en denkt mee over verbeteringen van onze recruitmentprocessen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen recruitment, HR of talent acquisition.
  • Ervaring binnen retail of een andere klantgerichte omgeving is een mooie troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent communicatief en mensgericht en legt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende profielen.
  • Je bent proactief en vindt het leuk om zelf op zoek te gaan naar kandidaten.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende vacatures tegelijkertijd lopen.
  • Je denkt mee met managers en durft hen vanuit jouw recruitmentexpertise te adviseren.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers, KPI’s en rapportering.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler.
